Spiked Mulled Cider

Hallelujah – It’s FRIDAY!! It’s been rainy and cold all week and it’s increasingly getting harder to get out of bed in the morning when it’s still dark out. Yesterday it was super dreary all day and It even starting hailing on my drive home from work! But then quickly the skies cleared so Thomas and I decided to go for run. On our run WE CAME ACROSS A MOVIE SET! Or at least we thought it was at first…It was a serious set-up let me tell ya. We sneakily snuck by all of the tents on a remote street in the NW hills and found out that is was a HBO set for a new show called Here Now! Maybe if you tune-in you’ll see Thomas and I sneaking by like two little raccoons 😉

This weather has made me want to cozy up with as many hot beverages as possible. Ginger tea, dirty chai’s, hot toddy’s perhaps? This Spiked Mulled Cider takes the cake and is the best seasonal cocktail. Is it considered a cocktail? I’m not really sure but It’s delicious one way or the other! It’s so easy to make and instantly gets you in the fall spirit. What are some of your favorite fall drinks?!
