Weekly Crumbs, Vol. 6

Happy weekend ya’ll! 

It’s been a very discombobulated week having a holiday smack dab in the middle. I felt like Tuesday was Friday and my days have been screwed up ever since! We had a fun fourth of July, paddle-boarding and relaxing on a friends lake eating burgers, hotdogs, and corn dip like a good American should. We watched fireworks from the boat on the lake and it was magical as always. We also went to the Portland Craft Beer Festival yesterday and spent the day sipping Portland’s best brews and dominating in corn hole. My favorite beer of the day was a sour from Great Notion that tasted and smelled like blueberry muffins but wasn’t sweet at all! I hope you all had a great weekend as well! 

Speaking of corn dip, this mexican corn salad will be a hit at your next cook out, I promise. 

Every party I’ve brought this corn salad to, the bowl has been demolished within the hour. So addicting with tortilla chips.

You have to watch Somebody Feed Phil! The second season just came out and it’s SO good! He’s hilarious, plus he travels around cities all over the world eating the best food. 

We are planning on a camping trip and I can’t stop drooling over these s’mores recipes while i’m menu planning
