Mango Cilantro Margarita

Happy National Margarita Day my Friends! Every Friday I want to sharing a fun cocktail, so what better way to start than the day dedicated to the marg!! Normally I am a classic margarita gal, but sometimes you just need something a little extra fun and fruity on a day like today!

I associate margaritas so much with sun and summertime, so I wish I wasn’t bundled up as i’m typing this, but no matter how chilly it is outside a marg is delicious nonetheless! The food I crave most is Mexican food – spicy, saucy, tons of flavor, and loaded with CILANTRO! It’s obscene how much cilantro we use in a week in our kitchen. Does it grow well in a garden? I sure hope so seeing how much we buy it every week!

I love the combination of a fruity/herby cocktail so combining mango one of my favorite fruits with cilantro was a no brainer!
